WHO WE ARE
Our purpose is to find and develop markets for handcrafts made by the rural poor in the Philippines and use profits from sales to better the lives of the people living in these areas.
All profits from our sales go to support PUNLA Christian Ministries initiatives in the Philippines (www.punla-cm.org). Balay supports initiatives includes College Scholarships, Economic Stimulus (EcoStim) 0% loans for small business start-ups and steady jobs for those making hand crafts.
100% of the funds donated are used by PUNLA Christian Ministries in the Philippines for medical outreach (clinics, etc), health seminars, college scholarships, EcoStim projects, support for rural ministries in Philippines and many other things.
